Miami 50/50

The Miami 50/50 is a two-person team ultramarathon in Miami, Florida. The event takes place on June 13, 2026. Teams run the full 50-mile distance together on a course that travels through pedestrian paths and sidewalks in city areas with vehicular traffic.

The course winds through several Miami neighborhoods, including Wynwood, Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, Calle Ocho, Coconut Grove, and Brickell. It is an open-road, urban-style race where runners must follow all pedestrian laws.

There are three team divisions: Male Team, Female Team, and Co-Ed Team. The race is self-supported, with no crew or aid stations allowed. There are only manned checkpoints approximately every 10-15 miles where drop bags are permitted.

Runners navigate using directional cards with step-by-step instructions given at each checkpoint. The full course map is not available beforehand; the first portion is provided on race morning, with subsequent sections given at checkpoints during the race.

The course time limit is 16 hours. Race participation is limited to 30 teams. Pre-race check-in and a mandatory briefing for new participants are held the day before the race. The start line, finish line, and all pre- and post-race activities are located at Hero Martial Arts in Palmetto Bay. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
