The event is held at the park near 9501 Sheridan St, Hollywood, FL, with the start located next to Cricket Field 2 across from the baseball fields. Parking is available on site with a fee of $3.00 per car; this fee is not included with registration.

All participants must register online through RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup is available beginning 30 minutes before the race start and ends 10 minutes before the race start. The organizer describes the running course as an out-and-back segment that is repeated for each distance: the 5K completes the segment two times and the 10K completes it four times. A course time limit of 2 hours applies.
