Miami Beach Halloween Half Marathon - Event details
The Miami Beach Halloween Half Marathon, Freaky 4-Miler and Trick or Treat Kids Dash is a costume and Halloween themed running event held in Miami Beach on Saturday, October 24, 2026. The event encourages participants to wear costumes and offers multiple costume categories, including Superhero, Villain, Scary, Funny, Underwear and WTF. Many runners and walkers take part in costume on the 13.1 and 4 mile courses.
Distances offered:
- 13.1 miles Half Marathon
- 4 miles Freaky 4 Miler
- Kids Dash ages 2-9 with four age-based distances
The Kids Dash is for preregistered children ages 2-9 only; parents are not permitted to run with the children. Age groups and distances for the kids dash are 2-3 years (100 meters), 4-5 years (200 meters), 6-7 years (400 meters) and 8-9 years (600 meters). All finishers receive a signature Halloween themed medal and kids receive a custom made kids friendly finisher medal and race shirt. Awards are presented in the finish village.
The start and finish location for the timed distances is at 7th St. and Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, FL. Participants are advised to allow plenty of time to find parking and carpooling is recommended. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
