Event Overview
The Luau 5K & 10K is scheduled for May 16, 2026, in Hollywood, Florida. The event takes place at Brian Piccolo Sports Park, located at 9501 Sheridan Street.
Race Details
The event offers two distances:
- 5K
- 10K
Both races use the same out-and-back course loop, which is 0.78 miles long. Runners completing the 5K run this loop twice, while those in the 10K run it four times. A two-hour time limit applies for the course.
Logistics
Participants must register in advance via RunSignup; no on-site registration is available. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race start. The park gate opens at 8:00 AM. A parking fee of $3.00 per car applies and is not included with registration. The starting line is situated next to Cricket Field 2, off the parking lot and across from the baseball fields.
Organizer US Road Running provides finisher medals and has online shops for event gear and shirts.
