Pirate 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon
US Road Running presents a series of out-and-back races in Williamsburg, Virginia. The event takes place at Lois Hornsby Middle School and features three distinct distances for participants to choose from:
- 5K - A single out-and-back loop totaling 3.11 miles.
- 10K - This event requires participants to complete the out-and-back course twice.
- Half Marathon - A longer out-and-back circuit completed four times to achieve the total distance.
The course has a set time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes for all distances. Participants are required to park at Lois Hornsby Middle School and use the sidewalk to reach the middle school bus loop, which serves as the starting location for all events.
All participants must register through the official online platform, as there is no registration available at the venue on the day of the race. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the start and concludes 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the event. All finishers receive a medal for their participation.
