US Road Running - Williamsburg
The Pirate 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon is a local running event organized by US Road Running, taking place in Williamsburg, Virginia. The event features multiple distances conducted on established out-and-back courses. All participants are required to register through RunSignup before the event, as on-site registration is not available.
The available distances for this event include:
- 5K: A single out-and-back loop totaling 3.11 miles.
- 10K: Two repetitions of the 3.11-mile out-and-back loop.
- Half Marathon: Four repetitions of a 3.28-mile out-and-back course.
Participants must park at Lois Hornsby Middle School. From the parking lot, runners should follow the sidewalk to the middle school bus loop, which serves as the starting location for all races.
A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes is enforced for all distances. Packet pickup is conducted on the morning of the event, beginning 30 minutes before the start and concluding 10 minutes prior. All finishers receive a medal upon completion of their race.
