UpRiver Running Fall Races

Most of the courses use single-track trails through areas such as the Shuniah Mines trails, Cascades Conservation Area, Centennial Park and Trowbridge Park trails. The 25 km is a revised single-loop course with two out-and-back sections and about 370 m of climbing. The 50 km consists of two 25 km loops and is described as a technical course with rolling terrain.
