Event overview
The Up, Up, and Away 5k takes place on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Kent State University at Stark, 6000 Frank Avenue Northwest, North Canton, OH 44720. The event includes the following distances and races:

- Free Kids Fun Run (open to ages 8 and under)
The event description notes hot air balloons may be visible on the campus during the event, weather permitting. The Kids Fun Run is non-competitive, held on the track near the finish line, and requires a parent or guardian waiver.

Entry fees for the 5K are listed as $32 for standard registration, with reduced pricing for younger participants ($17 for ages 0-10; $27 for ages 11-18). Price increases after June 30, 2026.
