Ultra X Scotland - 1-2 May 2027
Ultra X Scotland is a two-day trail running event in the Scottish Highlands around Loch Ness. The event is based in and around Inverness, with starts in Dores and Fort Augustus, and offers seven race options over marked trail courses.

- 100 miles
- 110 km (single stage)
- 110 km (multi-stage)
- 60 km
- 50 km
- 25 km
- 16 km
The course features fully marked routes and staffed aid stations approximately every 10 km. Medical support is provided throughout the races. Entrants receive a Race Pack with detailed information and logistics about one month before the event.
Race services vary by distance. Camping is included for 100 mile and 110 km entrants; 60 km and 50 km entrants may purchase a camp pass. Other included items for some categories are GPS tracking, a finisher’s medal, showers and access to camp facilities on Saturday night, a mid-race drop bag, and shuttle or transfer options that can be purchased at checkout. Several race categories are UTMB World Series indexed.
Cutoff times are published by distance, for example 30 hours for the 110 km single stage and 40 hours for the 100 mile event, and per-10 km cutoffs apply for shorter distances. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
