Course

The Twisted Branch Trail Run is a point-to-point ultramarathon held in the Finger Lakes region of New York. The route follows the historic Bristol Hills Branch trail, which is primarily single-track. The estimated distance is 100 km with an estimated elevation gain of 10,000 feet.

The race has 11 fully stocked aid stations, with five offering easy access for crew support. It has a 20-hour cutoff time and is a qualifier for UTMB (4 points) and Western States (for finishers under 20 hours).

Location & Logistics

The event begins near Naples, NY, and finishes near Hammondsport. The start line is at Ontario County Park on Gannett Hill Park Drive. An optional shuttle service to the start is available for an additional fee on Friday night only. Free camping is offered at the start line on Friday night and at the finish line area on Saturday night.
