Keuka Lake Triathlon
The Keuka Lake Triathlon is held at Keuka College in Keuka Park, New York. The event offers multiple race formats on the same day, including Sprint and Intermediate distances, aquabike and duathlon options, and team relays. The bike course passes through local wine country and the run follows the lakeshore; the run is described as flat and fast. After racing, participants are offered a hot meal, a salad bar, and dessert in the college dining hall.
Race options include:
- Intermediate Triathlon: 1.5k swim, 40k bike, 10k run
- Sprint Triathlon: 0.75k swim, 22k bike, 5k run
- Aquabike: swim and bike distances matching Sprint or Intermediate
- Duathlon: 5k run, 22k bike, 5k run
- Relay teams: Sprint and Intermediate relay options for 2 or 3 members
Most event registrations open on November 1, 2026 and close on November 15, 2026. One deferred option opens October 31, 2026 and closes June 7, 2027. Online registration closes at 5pm on the Friday immediately before the race. Registration during packet pickup on Saturday is allowed in person only; registration on race day is not permitted.
