Twin Lobster Half Marathon
The Twin Lobster Half Marathon takes place in Gloucester, Massachusetts, starting and finishing at Gloucester High School located at 32 Leslie O Johnson Road. The event is scheduled for Sunday, June 7, 2026. This USATF Certified 13.1 mile race follows a scenic route along the coastline and the back shore of the area.
Participants run past several local landmarks, including the historic Fisherman's Memorial Statue. The course features views of the ocean and the spectacular shoreline. Registration is open to individuals between the ages of 16 and 79.
The event offers a variety of participant amenities and features:
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
The race includes on-course hydration and nutrition stations. Runners receive a finisher medal, a choice of a men's or women's race shirt, and a drawstring backpack. Additional items provided to participants include an armband phone holder and a finisher certificate.
Post-race refreshments are available at the finish line, including a lobster roll slider, fresh baked treats, and other beverages. The event provides free race photos and GPS runner tracking through RaceJoy. Awards are presented to the first, second, and third-place finishers in five-year age groups.
