Twin Lobster Half Marathon
The event is a half marathon held in Gloucester, MA, with a course that runs along the back shore and offers ocean views, including a stretch past the Fisherman’s Memorial Statue. The start and finish area is at Gloucester High School, with additional parking options at Stage Fort Park and nearby street parking.
Registration opens 2026-06-18 and closes 2027-01-31. The registration fee is $79.99. Bib and race swag pick up is available on race day only; items will not be available at other times and will not be mailed.
There are six aid stations with water near miles 2, 3.5, 5.5, 6.5, 9.5 and 11. Portable restrooms are placed along the course near miles 3 and 10 and also at the start and finish. Bag check is not available.
Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each listed age group: Overall, 19 & Under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79. Awards and purchased merchandise must be picked up at the event tent; there will not be an awards ceremony and items will not be mailed. Per USATF rules, gun times are used for scoring.
Roads remain open to traffic and local police will help monitor conditions. Runners should stay to the side of the road. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
