Greater Beverly YMCA Reindeer Run 5K Road Race : December 5, 2026
The Greater Beverly YMCA Reindeer Run is a community 5K road race held in Beverly, Massachusetts. The event is based at the First Baptist Church (221 Cabot St) with staging in the back parking lot on Hale Street and a course that passes coastal roads and the historic downtown area.
The race supports the YMCA’s financial assistance and scholarship programs; registration contributes to those local efforts. Fundraising tiers are listed, including Snowflake for $50, Penguin for $100, and Reindeer for $250, and the base starting line level reflects that simple registration already provides support.
Course details note that the route is stroller friendly and allows well-behaved dogs on leash. Timing is provided by Bay State Race Services. Race shirts (unisex crew neck) are available while supplies last and must be picked up by the start of the race; packet pick-up is available Friday, December 4, 12:00–6:00 PM at the Sterling Center YMCA, with additional race day pick-up beginning at 8:30 AM at the First Baptist Church. Street parking is available on Cabot Street and nearby side streets. All sales are final; refunds will not be offered.
Results are posted at the finish line and emailed to participants. Awards include overall medals for first place male and female, age-group medals for top three male and female in standard age brackets, top three non-binary and wheelchair categories, and special prizes for the first-place male and female Beverly residents.
