Greater Beverly YMCA Reindeer Run 5K Road Race
The Greater Beverly YMCA Reindeer Run 5K Road Race takes place in Beverly, Massachusetts. This festive road race follows a route through scenic coastal roads and the historic downtown area. The event begins and ends at the First Baptist Church on Cabot Street, specifically using the back parking lot located on Hale Street.
The course is open to runners and walkers, and it is also stroller and dog friendly, provided dogs are well-behaved. Participants are encouraged to wear holiday costumes, often appearing as Santa, elves, or other seasonal characters. Timing services are provided, and results are posted at the finish line as well as sent to participants via email.
Participants can receive a unisex crew neck tee shirt on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Street parking is available on Cabot Street and the surrounding side streets. The event serves as a fundraiser for the YMCA of the Northshore, supporting financial assistance and scholarships for families and individuals in the local community.
