Event Overview
The Twin Lights Half Marathon takes place in Gloucester, Massachusetts, starting and ending at Good Harbor Beach. The event features a coastal route where the seashore is visible for a significant portion of the course. The race is scheduled for May 2026 and marks the 15th anniversary of the organizing body.
The primary distance offered is a 13.1 mile half marathon. Participants have the option to register for a bundle that includes both this race and the Twin Lobster Half Marathon held in June. The course is USATF certified.
Participant Information
The event is open to runners between the ages of 16 and 79. Registered participants receive several amenities including:
- 13.1 mile finisher medal.
- Choice of a male or female specific race shirt.
- Armband phone holder and drawstring backpack.
- Personalized name on the bib for those registered by mid-April.
- Access to free training plans and GPS runner tracking via RaceJoy.
On-course support includes hydration and nutrition stations. Post-race refreshments such as pizza, baked treats, and beverages are provided at the finish line. Results are tracked with digital alerts and finisher certificates.
Awards and Recognition
