Tuscazoar Raw - June 19, 2027

Tuscazoar Raw is an off-road running event at Camp Tuscazoar near Dover, OH, offering multiple trail distances and a start/finish area at the camp stockade by the main parking lot.

The course uses mainly trails with about 1.5 miles of packed gravel camp road. Runners follow a roughly figure eight layout that begins at the stockade: a 19-mile loop and a separate 12-mile loop. 50K entrants complete both loops once, 100K entrants complete both loops twice, and 25K entrants split off from the 19-mile loop to return to the finish.

Packet pickup is available on Friday, June 18 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM and on race morning at the stockade. Crew access points are at miles 5.4, 19, 22.5, 25.5 and 31, and spectators are welcome near the start and finish areas.

Aid stations are placed along the course with a mix of water-only and full-aid sites; several aid stations allow crew access. The event is cupless, so runners must carry a hydration system and are encouraged to bring a reusable cup. There is a 20 hour cut off for all distances and additional intermediate cut offs for the 100K.

Every entrant receives a race shirt and a beer ticket; finishers receive a medal. Awards are given 1st through 3rd overall male and female for each distance. No pacers are allowed. No refunds; deferral with 100% credit to the following year is allowed up to three weeks before the event.
