Turriff Den Dasher
The event takes place on Sunday 7 December 2025 and includes the Den Dasher and the Tinsel Trot. Registration is handled at The Gateway Centre. The event is the annual Den Dasher and Tinsel Trot for 2025. Registration closes on 4 December 2025.
Race details
- 5 km - undulating road, hard path and trail; final flat show park loop
- 1 km - Tinsel Trot kids loop of the show park; for under 14s
The Den Dasher (5 km) has an entry fee of £12; all finishers receive a Christmas themed medal, water and a banana. Entry is for over 11s only. Prizes are awarded to the top three male and female finishers and there is a spot prize for best Christmas fancy dress. The Tinsel Trot (approx 1 km) has an entry fee of £5, awards a Christmas themed medal to all finishers and gives a trophy to the first male and female; a spot prize is awarded for best Christmas fancy dress. Food donations can be left at registration for Turriff food bank. Any profit from the event will be donated to Friends of Turriff Hospital.
