Turkey Trot on The Ranch - November 26, 2026
The 10th annual Turkey Trot on The Ranch takes place in Rancho Mission Viejo at The Pavilion, 2 Tierno Road, and uses the community pathways and park loop around Sendero Field. The event includes several running distances that follow marked routes within the community.
- 10K: from The Pavilion to Sendero Field
- 5K: from The Pavilion to Sendero Field
- Little Gobbler's 1K: loop pathway around Sendero Field park
Each distance has participant age guidance and supervision requirements. The 10K is suggested for ages 13 and up with guardian supervision or consent. The 5K is suggested for ages 10 and up with guardian supervision or consent. The Little Gobbler's 1K is intended for children ages 5 to 10; all children must have a guardian present. A child registration includes one child ticket; parents may run or walk alongside their child but will not receive a medal.
Registration opens June 1, 2026 and closes September 7, 2026. Listed registration fees are $40 for the 10K, $35 for the 5K, and $10 for the Little Gobbler's 1K.
All proceeds will benefit The Nature Reserve at Rancho Mission Viejo, the entity responsible for education and conservation of the historic Rancho Mission Viejo land. The event proceeds rain or shine. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
