Turkey Trot on The Ranch
Rancho Mission Viejo holds the 10th annual Turkey Trot on The Ranch on November 26, 2026. The event offers three running distances and takes place in the community of Rancho Mission Viejo, with event facilities listed at Rancho MMC Office, 28436 Airoso Street, Rancho Mission Viejo, CA 92694.
- 10K from The Pavilion to Sendero Field. Fee $40.
- 5K from The Pavilion to Sendero Field. Fee $35.
- Little Gobbler's 1K loop at Sendero Field. Fee $10.
The 10K and 5K start at The Pavilion (2 Tierno Road) and finish at Sendero Field (29201 Ortega Hwy). The Little Gobbler's 1K begins at Sendero Field and follows the park loop pathway.
Registration opens June 15, 2026 and closes September 7, 2026. Fees are listed per race above. Age suggestions are provided by distance: the 10K is suggested for ages 13 and up with guardian supervision, the 5K for ages 10 and up with guardian supervision, and the Little Gobbler's 1K for children ages 5 to 10 with a guardian present. Guardians are responsible for supervising and monitoring their child’s health during participation. Each child registration includes one child ticket; parents may run or walk alongside their child but will not receive a medal.
All proceeds benefit The Nature Reserve at Rancho Mission Viejo. The event is scheduled to occur rain or shine. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
