Live Oak Odyssey
Live Oak Odyssey is a fixed-time trail running event held at O'Neill Regional Park in Trabuco Canyon, California. The event takes place on a loop through Live Oak and Trabuco Canyons that measures approximately 2.75 miles per lap.

The loop includes roughly 500 feet of vertical gain per lap and reaches a maximum elevation of 1,349 feet. The course combines uphills, downhills, single track and double track. Runners follow marked trails that depart the start/finish on Arroyo Trabuco Trail, continue onto Live Oak Trail for about 1.3 miles, turn onto Coyote Canyon Trail for about 0.5 mile, then follow Coyote Trail back to the start. Course markings use pink ribbons.
There is one main aid station at the start/finish that supplies sweet and salty snacks, PB&J, fresh fruit, potatoes, Coke, ginger ale, GU Roctane salt pills, Tailwind hydration, GU salt capsules, and anti-chafe/blister salve from Squirrel's Nut Butter. A designated tent will hold drop bags near the aid station; crews may use the main aid station area but must remain at their vehicle and should not eat from the aid station tables. Parking at the park requires a $5 fee; OC Parks passes are not valid.
Race rules require completion of a full loop for it to count. Participants who check out cannot return to add more loops. No pacers and no pets are allowed on course. Entrants receive chip timing, a gender specific cut race shirt (if ordered by the deadline), race swag, and finisher awards; unique awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers in each event.
