Turkey Trails Denver
Turkey Trails is a Thanksgiving-themed running event held in Denver, Colorado, featuring a variety of distances for different interests. The event includes a range of traditional race distances alongside specialized options for younger participants and those wishing to contribute through service. All participants in the standard distances receive a custom bib, a designer shirt, and a finisher medal.
The event offers several distinct race distances:
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- 10k (6.2 miles)
- 5k (3.1 miles)
- 1 Mile (untimed)
- Kids Dash (50m, untimed)
The Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k events utilize chip-timing with live results and awards available for participants. The 1 Mile and the Kids Dash are untimed events. For the Kids Dash, which is specifically for children aged 10 and under, registration includes a mini-bib, a youth-sized shirt, and a specialized medal. Children may also participate in the dash for free if they do not require the commemorative items.
In addition to the physical races, a Virtual Race option is available, allowing participants to complete their run in any location. There is also a specific registration for those who choose to volunteer before running their selected distance.
