Parker Parks and Recreation Turkey Day 5K FUN Run/Walk
The Parker Parks and Recreation Turkey Day event is a community 5K held on November 26, 2026, at the Parker Recreation Center, 17301 E. Lincoln Ave., Parker, CO 80134. The course starts and finishes at the Parker Recreation Center and the event is part of the Parker Parks and Recreation Run Series. The event is not officially timed.
The distance is 5K (3.1 Miles). Registration opens on 12/1/2025 and closes on 11/12/2026. Standard entry is $38 plus registration fees; the price increases on November 12. Groups of four or more who register together receive a 10% discount. Registrants receive a free commemorative shirt (register by November 1 to guarantee size), a souvenir race bib, and access to hot cocoa, cider, or coffee. The first 500 registrants who opt in may receive a commemorative finisher medal. Previous-year commemorative items are available for purchase as add-ons.
Strollers are welcome. For safety and event logistics, dogs, bicycles, and scooters are not permitted. The event is held rain, snow, or shine and refunds will not be issued. Packet pickup is available Monday November 23 through Wednesday November 25, with additional packet pickup on event day. Some mapping applications may route to a different location; the recorded address and venue name identify the event site. Proceeds benefit the Town of Parker Scholarship Program.
