About the race
The Turkey Day Run and Gobble Wobble is the 49th annual Thanksgiving period run held in Marion Square, Meeting Street, Charleston, SC. The event raises money for local charities and is presented as a long running community tradition that includes participants, volunteers, and spectators.
The event program includes multiple race options and a race expo for packet pickup the day before the event at Patriots Hall at the Omar Shrine Center. There is no race day registration or race day packet pickup. Participants may choose to have their packet mailed for an additional fee of $15 if selected during registration before November 1. Race shirts are not guaranteed for late registration.
Strollers are allowed but must be entered in the Walkers with Strollers corral; this corral is positioned at the end of the start line and its use is enforced by event staff.
