Purpose and Background

The event is part of the Tunnel to Towers Run & Walk Series. The series was created to honor New York City firefighter Stephen Siller, who died on September 11, 2001. It aims to honor all those lost on 9/11 and to support first responders and military personnel. The 2026 event marks the sixth year it is being held in Sheboygan.
