Kiel Raider Nation Triathlon
The Kiel Raider Nation Triathlon takes place on Sunday, September 19, 2027 at Kiel High School in Kiel, WI. The event program includes multiple race formats for adults and children, and supports the Kiel Booster Club, a 501c3 nonprofit.
Race options include:
- Full Sprint Triathlon: 300 yd pool swim, 15.5 mi bike, 3.1 mi run
- Short Sprint Triathlon: 100 yd pool swim, 7.2 mi bike, 2 mi run
- Relays for full and short sprint distances, teams of two or three
- Full Sprint Aquabike: 300 yd pool swim and 15.5 mi bike
- Short Sprint Aquabike: 100 yd pool swim and 7.2 mi bike
- Kids Triathlon (ages 6 to 13): 100 yd pool swim, 2.5 mi bike, 1 mi run
- Raider Dash (ages 2 to 7): 100 yd run
- 5K run and 2 mile run or walk on mixed road and trail surfaces
Event features noted by the organizer include chip and bib timing, overall and age group awards for places one through three, raffle entry for registrants, goody bags for Raider Dash participants, post race food and drink, mile markers and two water stations, volunteers at intersections, and live results. Race shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed before September 12, 2027. Pricing increases on June 1, 2027 and again on September 1, 2027.
Contingency plans include delaying start, modifying course, or canceling for severe weather; there are no refunds for weather cancellations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
