Event Overview
The Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk in Loudon, Tennessee, is a community event held to honor first responders and military members. This event serves as a reenactment of the final journey of a New York City firefighter on September 11, 2001. The gathering focuses on remembrance and support for those who serve in the line of duty. This year marks the sixth time the event has been organized in the Loudon community.
Course and Participation
The event features a single distance available for all participants:

The course is open to runners and walkers of all experience levels. Participants may choose to take part in the event using strollers, walkers, or wheelchairs. Friendly dogs on leashes or in pet strollers are also permitted on the route. Logistics and Support
Water stations are positioned at two locations along the route, with additional water provided at the finish line. An Emergency Medical Service team is present on-site, and radio communication is maintained throughout the course for safety.
