Run Your Mutt 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk/Run
Run Your Mutt is a community event in Madisonville, Tennessee, benefiting Monroe County Friends of Animals. The event offers in-person and virtual participation options and takes place at Kefauver Park, with a paved path around the lake.

Dogs are welcome but required to remain on leash at all times. Multiple water stations will be available for both humans and dogs, and poop bags will be provided. Kefauver Park will remain open to other users on the event date, and participants may encounter other runners or walkers on the lake trail.
In-person participants receive an event T-shirt, a finisher medal, and a SWAG bag. The in-person registration fee is listed as $40.00 and in-person registration closes 09/10/2026. The virtual option has a registration fee of $45.00. Virtual participants may complete their distance from anywhere and may submit times between 07/01/2026 and 09/12/2026. Official shirts and finisher medals for virtual participants will begin shipping on 09/14/2026.
