Run Your Mutt 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk/Run

Run Your Mutt is the third annual community event held at Kefauver Park in Madisonville, Tennessee, sponsored by Monroe County Friends of Animals. The event offers in-person and virtual participation and is organized to support the local animal welfare group.

Dogs are welcome but required to be on-leash at all times. Multiple water stations will be available for both humans and dogs, and poop bags will be provided. Kefauver Park will remain open to other users on the event date, so participants may encounter other runners or walkers on the lake trail.

Virtual participants may complete their distance anywhere between 7/1/2026 and 9/12/2026 and may submit their race times during that window. All virtual participants receive an official event shirt and finisher medal, with shipping beginning 9/14/2026.
