Lindy's Shoeboxes 4 Soldiers 5K and Fun Run
Lindy's Shoeboxes 4 Soldiers is a community running event held in Greenback, Tennessee, supporting the Shoeboxes 4 Soldiers program. The event marks the 20th year of sending Christmas care packages to deployed U.S. service members. To date, more than 4,025 shoeboxes have been sent to service members around the world.

- 1 Mile Lindy's Shoe Boxes 4 Soldier Fun Run 1 Mile
All participants receive an event T-shirt. Overall top three male and female finishers receive special finisher awards. A separate supporter option is available to purchase a T-shirt without participating in the run.
A Gospel Singing and Praise & Worship Gathering follows the running events and features local singers and worship leaders from area churches, along with food and refreshments for attendees. Packet pickup is available at Pine Grove Presbyterian Church on the evening before the event and on the morning of the event. During registration, additional shirts and donations may be available for purchase.
All proceeds benefit Shoeboxes 4 Soldiers, which provides Christmas care packages to deployed service members. Extra parking is available across the street at Reckless Industries with access to both parking lots. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
