Lindy's Shoeboxes 4 Soldiers 5K and Fun Run
Lindy's Shoeboxes 4 Soldiers 5K and Fun Run takes place in Greenback, Tennessee on 09/12/2026. The event supports Shoeboxes 4 Soldiers and marks the 20th year of sending Christmas care packages to deployed U.S. service members. To date, over 4,025 shoeboxes have been sent.

Registration opens on 2026-03-15 and closes on 2026-09-11. The registration fee is $35.00. During registration there is an option to purchase additional shirts and to make a donation.
All participants receive an event T-shirt. Overall top three male and female finishers receive special finisher awards.
Packet pickup is available Friday evening at Pine Grove Presbyterian Church (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM) and on race morning beginning at 7:00 AM. In the afternoon there is a Gospel Singing and Praise and Worship gathering beginning at 2:00 PM featuring local singers and worship leaders, with food and refreshments.
All proceeds benefit Shoeboxes 4 Soldiers to help provide Christmas care packages to deployed service members. Extra parking is available across the street at Reckless Industries with access to both parking lots. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
