Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk Fort Worth
The Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk in Fort Worth returns to The Shops at Clearfork for its seventh year. The event honors a New York City firefighter who lost his life on September 11, 2001, and supports first responders and military personnel through the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. The course distance is 5K (3.1 miles).
The start line is located on the green space at Marathon Ave and Edwards Ranch Rd. Parking is available in the surrounding Clearfork lots. Packet pickup is at Luke's Locker at Shops at Clearfork, 5255 Monahans Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76109, with hours from 10am to 7pm on Thursday and Friday before the event.
Registrations include free and fee based categories for academies, adults, first responders, military, youth, children, and select employer groups. Online registration and day of registration remain open through the morning of the event. Registration fees do not count toward individual fundraising totals. Transfers are permitted before the day prior to the event and refunds are not provided.
Event services include chip timing for those who want it, top placement and finisher medals, a water station on course and at start and finish, and on site emergency medical service with radio communication. Strollers, wheelchairs, firefighter turnout gear, and military backpacks are permitted. Animals are not allowed to participate. Donations for the event are accepted through November 2026.
