Trot Thru the Woods
Trot Thru the Woods is an annual community run organized by the Warson Woods Running Club. The event includes a timed 5K and a shorter fun run that follow routes through the Warson Woods residential streets and is described as family oriented.
The event takes place on Saturday, November 21, 2026, at Royal Oak Park, 900 Warson Woods Drive, St. Louis, MO 63122.

Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, November 20 at Royal Oak Park from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. Parking on race morning is available behind City Hall at 10015 Manchester Road, 63122; space is limited.
Race day amenities include free race photographs published after the event, post race refreshments, and the presence of a running turkey. All 5K registrants receive t-shirts, with size guaranteed for registrations completed before November 1. The 5K uses tiered registration pricing. The fun run is free for participants who register by the end of September; later registration may require a fee.
Awards are given to the top overall male and female finishers and to the top male and female in each listed age group: 7 and under, 8 to 10, 11 to 13, 14 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 and over. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
