Trot Thru the Woods takes place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, in Warson Woods, St. Louis, Missouri. The event is organized by the Warson Woods Running Club and uses residential streets with a start/finish area at Royal Oaks Park, 900 Warson Woods Drive. Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, November 21 at Royal Oaks Park from 3:00 to 5:00. Parking on race morning is available behind City Hall at 10015 Manchester Road; parking is limited.

The fun run is free for registrations completed by the end of September. The first 120 5K registrants receive a pair of custom "Trot Thru the Woods" socks by Sock Guy; other registrants may choose from past giveaways such as shirts and hats. Free race photos will be published after the event. Post-race refreshments will be provided. Awards will be presented to the top overall male and female finishers and to the top male and female in these age groups: 7 and under, 8-10, 11-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.
