Tri-Sport Taupō Duathlon Series (2026)
Tri-Sport Taupō runs a five-race duathlon series in 2026, concluding with the club Duathlon Championships in early November. Events include mountain bike duathlons and duathlons held across Craters Mountain Bike Park, Whakaipo Reserve and the Taupo Motor Sport Park. Courses are offered in kids, short and long formats and use mountain bike tracks, reserves and an international motor sport track.
Races are scheduled on both Sundays and Mondays across the season. Distances vary by race and category, with specific course formats listed below.

- Race 3 Whakaipo Reserve Kids 300/700/300 Short 1.0/2.5/1.0 Long 1.0/7.5/2.0
- Race 4 Motor Sport Park Kids 300/700/300 Short 1.0/6.6/1.0 Long 2.0/10.0/2.0
- Race 5 Motor Sport Park Club Champs Kids 300/700/300 Short 1.0/6.6/1.0 Long 2.0/10.0/2.0
Current club members may enter races without charge; non-members may enter at a per-race fee of $10. Separate festival entry fees list age categories, with UNDER 17 at $140 and UNDER 20 at $180; the U20 fee includes entry to an additional swim/run event. Late entries incur an extra $20 from 1 December 2025. Triathlon New Zealand one-day membership is required unless the participant is a TRIBE member. All pricing is GST inclusive.
