Triple Crown Trot 5K
The Triple Crown Trot 5K is a chip-timed road race located at Ashford Stud in Versailles, Kentucky. This event provides participants with a route that runs entirely within the grounds of the horse farm, known as the home of Triple Crown champions American Pharoah and Justify. The course passes several farm landmarks including the historic office, the stallion barn, and the foaling barn. Participants may observe yearlings in the paddocks along the path.

- 5K (in-person running and walking)
- Scratched (virtual registration for race materials)
The course consists primarily of paved roads but includes a specific section on a mowed grass path. The event is open to both runners and walkers. Walkers are requested to complete the course within 90 minutes. Strollers are permitted on the course provided they can navigate the grass section. For the safety of the resident horses, pets are not allowed at the venue.
Race participants who register by July 31 are guaranteed a race t-shirt. For those who register after this date, shirts are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Medals are awarded to the top three male and female finishers across various age divisions, ranging from under nine to over 80 years old.
