Trilateral 40

The Trilateral 40 is an exciting 40km trail running event set to take place in Fowey, Cornwall, in 2025. Participants will navigate a mixed terrain course that includes iconic landmarks, starting from The Rook in Fowey. The route is divided into three legs: Fowey to Helman Tor, Helman Tor to Gribben Head, and Gribben Head back to Fowey.

Runners will have access to three feed stations and are required to carry a mandatory kit. The event emphasizes self-navigation, with GPS trackers provided.
