Event details
The Tywardreath Trotter 2026 is scheduled for 25 July 2026 in Tywardreath, Cornwall. The event is based at the New Inn, Tywardreath, PL24 2QP. The race distance is 7 miles, run over mixed terrain including footpaths, bridleways and quiet country lanes. Entries open on 3 August 2025 and close on 25 July 2026. The minimum age to enter is 16 or older. Entry fees are £16.00 for UKA members and £18.00 for non-members. At the time of the listing there are 15 participants entered. The event is organised by the Tywardreath Village Fete Committee.
Course and organisation
The course is hilly and begins with an initial lap around the village before heading into the local countryside. The route starts and finishes at the local pub in the village centre. The race is part of the Cornwall Multi-Terrain Race Series and has been held since 2006. Proceeds from the event are donated to local charities.
