The Magnificent 7 Mile Road Race

The Magnificent 7 Mile Road Race is an annual event organized by the Tamar Trotters running club since 1999. Held in Saltash, Cornwall, the race starts and finishes at Saltash Rugby Club. The scenic 7-mile course features a figure-of-eight route through rural lanes and hamlets of South East Cornwall, including challenging hills at 1 and 5.5 miles.

The race includes 200 meters of grass at start and finish, with pavement and cycle lanes near the club. A water station is available after the first climb and again near 4 miles.
