The Magnificent 7 Mile Road Race

The Magnificent 7 Mile Road Race is an annual event organized by the Tamar Trotters running club since 1999. Held in Saltash, Cornwall, the race starts and finishes at Saltash Rugby Club. The scenic 7-mile course follows a figure-of-eight route through rural lanes and hamlets of South East Cornwall, featuring undulating terrain with challenging hills around miles 1 and 5.5.

The race includes a water station after the first climb and offers chip timing as part of the Cornish Grand Prix series. Facilities at the club include changing rooms, showers, refreshments, and post-race food and drinks, creating a welcoming atmosphere for around 300 participants.
