Celebrate Two Years of CaliFlow Runs
The Trick or Trot event takes place in Long Beach, California, marking the second anniversary of the CaliFlow Runs series. This coastal race invites participants to run along the sea in an environment that features music and community energy. The event offers a variety of distances to accommodate different goals, and the courses are USATF Certified.
Participants have several distance options to choose from:
- Half Marathon (13.1 Miles)
- 10K (6.2 Miles)
- 5K (3.1 Miles)
- Kids 200 Yard Dash (for children aged 7 and under)
The race utilizes chip timing with live results synchronized to Athlinks. At the conclusion of the run, participants can access a finish line festival featuring a DJ, snacks, and drinks. The venue at 5400 E Ocean Blvd includes family seating and shaded viewing areas for spectators.
Special race day features include a costume contest with prizes and designated photo areas for commemorative pictures. Free race photography is provided for all participants. Overall and age group awards are presented for all distances. Parking is available via free street parking along Ocean Blvd or in beach lots for a hourly fee payable at local machines.
