Trick or Trot 5K, 10K and Half Marathon
Trick or Trot is a Halloween-themed seaside running event held in Long Beach on October 25, 2026. The event takes place at 5400 E Ocean, Long Beach, CA 90803, and includes distances for adults and a short kids race for young children.
Distances offered:
- Half Marathon: 13.1 miles
- 10K: 6.2 miles
- 5K: 3.1 miles
- Kids 200 Yard Dash: 200 yards, for kids 7 and under
The course is USATF certified and race results use chip timing with live results synced to Athlinks. Awards are given to overall and age group finishers for each distance. Race day services include free race day photos, a costume contest with prizes, and designated photo areas for participants.
A finish line festival offers music from a DJ, snacks and drinks, and family seating with shaded viewing. Parking options noted for the event include free street parking along Ocean Boulevard and a beach lot with metered parking at about $2 per hour.
