Tri-PTC Sprint Triathlon
The Tri-PTC Sprint Triathlon takes place August 29, 2026 at Drake Field beside Lake Peachtree in Peachtree City. The event is presented by Cooper Lighting and White Oak Kids and is USAT sanctioned and championship timed.
Distances:
- 500 yards swim
- 13 miles bike
- 3.1 miles run
The swim is held in Lake Peachtree. The bike route follows a gently rolling course. The run uses local golf cart paths. Course maps are provided by the organizer.
Logistics include directed parking at churches off Willowbend Road and packet pick up at Drake Field on the Friday before the race from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm and the Saturday morning from 5:30 am to 6:30 am. Participants receive a swim cap, race bib, bike frame number and helmet number at check in. All relay members must be present at packet pick up.
Awards include medals for all finishers and podium awards for overall, masters, Athena, Clydesdale, relays, overall physically challenged, and age group awards three deep in standard age categories. T shirts cannot be guaranteed after August 1. Transfer requests must be made 14 or more days before the event with a $40 transfer fee; no refunds are available.
