Tri-PTC Sprint Triathlon : Race Information
The Tri-PTC Sprint Triathlon is scheduled for August 29, 2026 at Drake Field on Lake Peachtree in Peachtree City. The event is hosted by Tri-PTC and is USAT sanctioned and championship timed. The course information is provided for each discipline and the event includes packet pick up and directed parking.
Distances:
- Swim: 500 yards
- Bike: 13 miles
- Run: 3.1 miles
Packet pick up takes place at Drake Field on the Friday evening before the race and on Saturday morning before the event. Participants must bring a photo ID and a USAT card if they are USAT members. All relay members must be present at check-in. Parking will be directed at churches off Willowbend Road.
Awards and finish items are provided. Medals are given to all finishers and shirts are provided although shirts cannot be guaranteed for registrations after August 1. Awards include overall top three, masters top three, Athena (165+) top three, Clydesdale (220+) top three, relays top three, overall physically challenged, and age group awards three deep for categories from 16-19 through 70+.
The event has a transfer policy that allows transfers at least 14 days before the event for a $40 fee. Refunds are not available. Race day registration requires approval from the race director. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
