About the Event
Tri My Way is an adaptive adult triathlon. It is a swim, bike, and run event for adults aged 19 and over with developmental disabilities, including conditions such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and Muscular Dystrophy. The event welcomes participants of all abilities, including those who use flotation devices, adaptive bikes, walkers, power wheelchairs, or other assistive devices. Every athlete is paired with a volunteer for support and safety.
The event will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 424 Westfield Street in Greenville, South Carolina.
Registration Details
Registration for both athletes and volunteers opens on January 31, 2026. Participation is limited to 40 athletes, after which a waitlist will be created. The registration fee is $15. Registration closes on April 2, 2026. Scholarships for the registration fee are available upon request.
