Special Olympics Greenville Holiday Shuffle
The Holiday Shuffle is a community fundraiser held at Holland Park in Greenville, SC on December 12, 2026. Proceeds benefit Special Olympics Greenville and support year-round sports seasons, competition opportunities, and programming for individuals ages 8 and older with intellectual disabilities.
The event offers multiple distance options:
- 5K Run/Walk/Roll
- 1 Mile Run/Walk/Roll
Registered participants who sign up by 11/12/26 are guaranteed an official Holiday Shuffle T‑shirt. Registration fees shown for the listed events are $35.00 for the 5K and $15.00 for the 1 Mile. Packet pickup and check-in occur under the Special Olympics tent beginning one hour before each race; participants receive a bib and the event shirt if eligible. Those who miss the shirt deadline may purchase a shirt at the Info Tent on race day.
Event amenities include a finisher medal, finish-line snacks and water, course water stations, and a race-day music and sound system sponsored by Greenville County Parks & Recreation. Parking is available at Holland Park and nearby areas, with a gravel lot across the street noted as main parking; accessible parking spaces and an accessible drop-off are available in the paved lot within Holland Park.
