Hartness Half Marathon & 5K
The Hartness Half Marathon & 5K takes place on December 13, 2025, at the Hartness property in Greenville, South Carolina (500 Hartness Drive, near Pelham Road and Interstate 85). The event is presented in a cross-country style on a property that is being transformed from an industrial plot into a multi-use development with living and recreational opportunities. Organizers note this is the sixth year for the event.
The course uses multiple surfaces, including pavement, trails, dirt roads, gravel roads and grass fields. Organizers state that all surfaces will be well kept and describe the course as suitable for a range of runners, from first-time participants to elite competitors. The race is produced in partnership with Set Up Events and will benefit Make-A-Wish South Carolina.

Registration fees listed on the event page are $85 for the Half Marathon, $35 for the 5K and $96 for the Half Marathon Relay. Prices increase after November 30, 2025.
