Tri Faster SwimRun - Race #1, Brookfield, WI
This event is held at Fox Brook Park on a 25-acre lake and includes multiple swim and run options. The swim course uses a 500 m loop: the 500 m open water swim completes the loop once, the aquathon swim completes it twice for a 1000 m total, and the 1500 m open water swim completes it three times. Aquathon participants pair the 1000 m swim with a 5k run. Aquathon and 5k run/walk participants run three loops on the paved path around the lake.

Entry and race logistics note that Aquathon and open water swim participants must register for a 2026 Waukesha County Triathlon Swim Training Permit prior to racing; the permit is free and required by Waukesha County Parks. Park access fees are paid to the park before race day and include a one-day pass and annual options. The event lists packet pickup at the park on race day. The race is open to participants ages 11 to 100. Results are chip-timed and awards are presented to top overall male and female finishers and top three male and female finishers in 10-year age groups.
