Trevithick 12 km - Camborne

The Trevithick 12 km is a road race held on Sunday 18 January 2026 at Camborne Science and International Academy, Cranberry Road, Camborne, Cornwall. The course starts and finishes in Camborne and follows undulating, mainly quiet country roads. The event is organised by Carn Runners and is the first race in the Cornwall Grand Prix series. Finishers receive a bespoke medal. To mark the inaugural running of this new route, a long-sleeved technical shirt is available to purchase for entries made before 7 December.

Entries and event history

Entries open on 1 November 2025 and close on 14 January 2026 at 12:00. The minimum age for the event is 17 or older. Entry fees are listed as £17.00 for UKA members and £19.00 for non-members. The entry list shows 204 participants registered so far. The race began in 1998 as the Blaythorne 10 with 80 participants and later became the Storm Force 10, a 10-mile Grand Prix event before evolving to the current 12 km format.
