Falmouth Mob Match
The Falmouth Mob Match is a measured 5 miles road race organised by Falmouth Running Club as an annual team event. The course runs from around Pendennis Headland along Falmouth seafront, passing Gyllyngvase and Swanpool beaches, and finishes outside the Falmouth Hotel. Each finisher scores points that count towards their team placing.
The event is open to clubs affiliated to the Cornwall Road Running and Racing Group and to all-comers such as gyms, sports clubs and groups of friends. Teams are placed in divisions and there are prizes for Male and Female teams plus some mixed team prizes across divisions. CRRRG clubs will remain in the same divisions as in 2025 unless the race director is notified. Individual CRRRG awards will be presented in conjunction with Cornwall Glass series results for participants who completed eight or more qualifying races.
Logistics at Race HQ include registration at the Princess Pavilion, bag drop, toilets, a cafe and a licensed bar. There is first aid cover, massages by Fit Foundation, and a pop up sports shop from Castle Sports. There is no on-course water station; water will be available at the finish and bananas will be provided. A free beer or alcohol-free alternative is available to each finisher.
