Fordh Sen Mighal
Fordh Sen Mighal is a point to point running event held on Saturday 4 December 2027. The course follows part of the European cultural route from Lelant to Marazion, running from the north coast to the south coast through the Cornish countryside. The event is listed as a running event (UKA) and holds ARC Permit number ARC/27.
The meeting place is St Uny's Church, Lelant, Cornwall TR26 3DY. Two entry options are offered: affiliated entry priced at £34 and non affiliated (UKA/ARC clubs) entry priced at £36; these prices are shown before any service fee. Entries open from 1 September 2026.
The organiser is Bys Vyken Events. The event policy states refunds are available up to four weeks before the scheduled date and deferrals up to two weeks before the scheduled date. Deferrals are not refundable at any subsequent race. Crew members are allowed but support runners are not permitted on the course. The disclaimer notes that participants must be medically able, properly trained and equipped, and that entrants assume the normal risks of road, trail or coastal events. If the Met Office issues an amber or red weather warning, the race cannot go ahead; organisers may reschedule or hold the event virtually.
