Treescape Chemong Lake Triathlon
The Treescape Chemong Lake Triathlon takes place at the Ennismore Waterfront Park in Ennismore, Ontario. This multisport event features a variety of races conducted in a scenic waterfront setting. All individual splits and final times are recorded using electronic chip timing.
The event offers several race distances:
- Try-a-Tri: Includes a 375m swim, 10km bike, and 3km run.
- Sprint Triathlon: Features a 750m swim, 20km bike, and 5km run.
- Duathlon: Consists of a 3km run, 20km bike, and 5km run.
- Team Relay: Available for the Sprint Triathlon distance (750m / 20km / 5km) for teams of 2 or 3 members.
Participants are required to wear their race bibs on the front of their bodies and are prohibited from using headphones or earbuds during the competition. Safety guidelines emphasize that only properly trained swimmers should enter the swim portions, with the duathlon or relay suggested as alternatives. Free parking is available near the venue at Ennismore Waterfront Park. Finished participants receive participation medals, with additional awards presented to the top three male and female finishers in the individual categories and the top-performing relay team.
