The Tree of Life race day is scheduled for March 22 in Fredericksburg, Virginia, at the 1st Day of Chancellorsville Battlefield parking area, 6133-6161 Germanna Hwy, ZIP 22407. The program includes multiple footrace distances and a fun run organized by Tree of Life Christian Preparatory School.

Course and logistics
Races start and finish at the battlefield parking lot. Courses run on gravel and dirt surfaces and follow a loop trail around the battlefield with rolling hills and scenic views. The 10K combines trail and pavement and uses an out-and-back segment through the Chancellorsville Crossing subdivision that includes a large hill. The 5K remains on trail and turns near the cemetery. Kid's races use a shorter loop to complete their distances.
The 5K is part of the FARC Grand Prix Series and is listed as a certified course. Walkers and strollers are welcome. A portion of the event proceeds will be given to the local VFW Post 3103. Sponsors are listed by the organizer. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
