Turkey Trot 10K at Marine Corps Base Quantico
The Turkey Trot is a fall running event held on Marine Corps Base Quantico that offers two distances along tree-lined roadways. The course includes on-course water support at two locations: one near Mile 1.6 by the former Marine Federal Credit Union building and another at Mile 4.5 on Barnett Avenue in front of G-3 Supply.

Participants in the 10 km must be at least 10 years old and able to maintain a 20 minute per mile pace. The 1 mile distance is open to all ages. All participants receive a finisher medal and a shirt. Discounted military registration and early bird pricing are offered for the event.
Baggage is stored in a clear plastic bag provided at Packet Pick-up; bags are checked at the designated Baggage Area and retrieved at the same location after finishing. Awards for overall, Masters, Grand Masters and age category winners are gift cards courtesy of Wegmans and must be picked up in person at the event. Finisher certificates are available from the published results page or within a runner’s Haku participant account.
The Marine Corps Marathon Organization does not permit transfers or deferrals for the 2026 events. Refundable registration options through TEAK are described by the organizer for eligible purchases. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
