Turkey Trot 10K - Quantico
The event on Marine Corps Base Quantico offers two distances:
- 10 km
- 1 mile
The course starts on Catlin Avenue alongside Lejeune Hall. There are two water points along the 10K course: WP 1 at Mile 1.6 by the former Marine Federal Credit Union building, and WP 2 at Mile 4.5 on Barnett Avenue in front of G-3 Supply.
Baggage must be stored in the clear plastic bag provided at packet pick-up. Runners check baggage at the designated Baggage Area on event day and retrieve items from the same location after finishing.
Awards are given to Overall, Masters, Grand Masters and age category winners; winners receive a gift card courtesy of Wegmans. All awards must be picked up in person at the event. Finisher certificates are available from the official results page or within a participant’s Haku account. Official results are published and include a process for requesting adjustments if times are incorrect.
Registration for the 2026 Turkey Trot 10K and Mile is open and sponsored by Tour Stafford VA; all participants earn a finisher medal and shirt. Turkey Trot 10K participants must be at least 10 years old and able to maintain a 20 minute per mile pace. The Mile is open to all ages. For 2026 events, transfers and deferrals are not permitted; refundable registration options through TEAK are described in event policies.
