Tranquility Trail Run
The Tranquility Trail Run takes place at Redbud Pavilion in Oak Mountain State Park in Pelham, AL. The course is a loop around Tranquility Lake that can be run as a single 3-mile lap or as two laps for the 6-mile distance. Each 3-mile loop has about 450 feet of elevation gain.
Runners begin at Redbud Pavilion and first follow a short 0.4-mile loop along Tranquility Road that circles the BMX track to spread out before entering singletrack. The trail passes near the park cabins, crosses Cabin Road, includes a short climb, and returns toward the BMX track to finish at Redbud Pavilion. Six-mile participants pass the aid station at Redbud Pavilion and continue directly into the woods for a second lap without the extra road loop.

Event features include an aid station at Redbud Pavilion, food and beverages at the finish area, and awards for overall and youth finishers.
