Trafford 10K, 7 March 2027
Organised by Run North West, Trafford 10K is a certified road race held in Partington near Manchester. The event is contested over a single lap of 10 km on scenic country roads that head towards Dunham Massey before returning to Partington. The course is on fully closed roads and is measured and certified as an accurate 10K course, course number 23/024.
Race services and features listed by the organiser include chip timing, pacers from 35 to 75 minutes with pacers every 2.5 minutes from 35 to 70 minutes, a bespoke finisher medal for all finishers, an optional commemorative technical finishers t shirt, post race snacks, drinks stations at the halfway point and finish, first aid, toilets, baggage storage and free high resolution race images. Free parking is available at Race HQ and there are four designated race carparks with marshals to direct vehicles. Bike storage is provided at Partington Sports Village.
Entry information: club runner fee and non club runner fee are stated by the organiser and the minimum age for entry is 15 years. Entries close when the event limit is reached or at midnight the night before the race; there are no on the day entries and no official waiting list. Transfer options include transfer to another person or transfer to a virtual race within one month. Results are available immediately via the organiser's results provider and finish line texts are sent if a mobile number is provided.
