Trafford 10K 2027
The Trafford 10K is scheduled for 7 March 2027 and takes place in Partington, Trafford, near Manchester. The event is a certified, measured 10 km one lap on fully closed scenic country roads that head towards Dunham Massey before returning to Partington. The course is certified as an accurate 10K with course number 23/024.
Results are available immediately via the event timing system and entrants who supply a mobile number can receive a text with their finish time as they cross the line. Pacers are available from 35 to 75 minutes, with pacer waves every 2.5 minutes from 35 to 70 minutes. Presentations for the top five male and female finishers based on gun times take place straight after the race; veteran prizes are issued by email the following day and are based on chip times. Veteran categories run from V35 to V80 plus in five year increments, and there is a prize for the first U20. One prize per individual male and female.
Amenities listed for the event include a bespoke finisher medal for all finishers, an optional commemorative technical finishers T shirt, halfway and finish drinks stations, post race snacks, first aid, toilets, free baggage storage and free parking at Race HQ. Bike storage is provided at Partington Sports Village. The event supports Trafford South Foodbank and there will be a donation point on race day. Entry fees are shown for club and non club runners and the minimum age for road race entry is 15 years. When the event reaches its entry limit there is no official waiting list and no entries on the day. Transfer options include transferring a place to another person or converting the entry to a virtual race within one month of race day.
