Trafford 10K 2026

Trafford 10K takes place on Sunday 1 March 2026 in Partington, near Manchester (postcode M31 4ES). The event distance is 10 km. The race is licensed by UKA and the course is measured and certified as an accurate 10K (course number 18/079). The event is sold out; there is no official waiting list and no entries on the day.

Course, logistics and race services

The race uses a one-lap route on scenic country roads that heads towards Dunham Massey before returning to Partington. Roads are fully closed for the race. Chip timing is used and there are pacers listed from 35 to 80 minutes, with pacers now every 2.5 minutes from 35 to 70.

On-course and race-day services include kilometre markers, drinks stations (halfway point and finish), bag drop, free baggage storage, first aid, toilets, food and a PA system. A bespoke finisher medal is provided to all finishers and an optional commemorative technical finisher t-shirt is available. A post-race snack is supplied.

Parking is free at Race HQ but limited; bike storage is available at Partington Sports Village. The closest train/tram stop on foot is Flixton, 3.6 miles away. Minimum age for entry is 15+. Prizes are awarded to top finishers and veterans across specified age groups. Entry transfers are permitted to another person or to a virtual option up to one month after race day. Results are available immediately via the event results system. The event supports Trafford South Foodbank and will have a donation point on race day.
