Trafford 10K

Trafford 10K takes place on 7 March 2027 around Partington near Manchester. The race is a certified 10 km measured course (course number 23/024) run on fully closed country roads. The one lap route heads towards Dunham Massey before returning to Partington.

The event offers chip timing, pacers (every 2.5 minutes from 35 to 70 minutes, plus pacers listed from 35 to 75 minutes), a bespoke finisher medal for all finishers and an optional commemorative technical finishers T-shirt. Race-day facilities include drinks stations at the halfway point and the finish, post race snacks, first aid, toilets, baggage storage and free high resolution images. Free parking is available at Race HQ and there are four designated race car parks; bike storage is provided at Partington Sports Village. The closest train or tram stop on foot is Flixton, about 3.6 miles away.

Prizes are awarded to the top five male and female finishers by gun time, with veteran prizes for age groups V35 to V80+ in five year increments and the first U20. Veteran prize results are based on chip times and are emailed after the race. Entry fees listed are £28 for club runners and £30 for non club runners and minimum entry age is 15.

Transfer options include transferring a place to another person or switching to a virtual race within a month. Results are available immediately on the entry platform and finish-line SMS updates are sent if a mobile number is provided.
