Toy Drop Running Event
The Toy Drop is a running event held in Loveland, Colorado, taking place on December 5, 2026. Participants follow routes that highlight parts of the city not featured in other local races. The event serves as a benefit for Realities For Children.
The race includes several distance options for participants to choose from:
- 5K run
- 10K run
- 15K run
- Virtual 5K, Virtual 10K, and Virtual 15K options
At the start line, participants are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy to participate in the "drop." The in-person races are organized with different starting intervals based on the selected distance. The primary location for the physical event is situated at 1480 Cascade Ave.
Registration for the various distances is available until September 2026. Fees for the events vary depending on the chosen distance, with fixed pricing for each specific race category. Participants who cannot attend the physical location in Loveland can select a virtual alternative for any of the three available distances.
