NCMC Turkey Trot
The NCMC Turkey Trot is presented by the Weld Legacy Foundation and the CardioVascular Institute of North Colorado in Greeley, Colorado. The event offers a USATF certified, scenic 5K race and a 2K Gobbler Trek fun run. Distances include:
- 5K on a USATF certified course.
- 2K Gobbler Trek fun run.
Proceeds benefit the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation programs and provide financial assistance to patients who otherwise could not participate in rehabilitation. The CardioVascular Institute of North Colorado is identified as the beneficiary and supporter of cardiovascular and pulmonary health efforts.
Strollers are permitted on the race course; participants using strollers are asked to start behind more competitive runners. Due to limited space and many families with young children, pets are requested to remain at home.
Packet pick up takes place at North Colorado Medical Center, 1801 16th Street, Greeley, CO 80631. Enter through Door #5 on the east side and note that entry requires passage through security scanners. Packet pick up is scheduled on the dates provided by the organizer with specified hours.
