NCMC Turkey Trot
The NCMC Turkey Trot is organized by the CardioVascular Institute of North Colorado and takes place in Greeley, Colorado. The event offers a certified 5K race and a 2K Gobbler Trek fun run, and it is open to participants of all ages and abilities. Proceeds support the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation programs and provide financial assistance for patients who otherwise could not participate in rehabilitation.
The 5K course is USATF certified and described as scenic. Strollers are permitted on the race course with the request that stroller users start behind more competitive runners. Due to limited space and many families with young children, participants are asked to leave pets at home.
Packet pick up is at North Colorado Medical Center, 1801 16th Street, Greeley, CO 80631. Enter through Door 5 on the east side of the facility and expect to pass through security scanners to enter. Packet pick up is scheduled on the two days before the event and the morning of the event.
