Atlanta Mud Run
The Tough Mudder Atlanta event takes place on April 25, 2026, at Bouckaert Farm in Fairburn, Georgia. Located approximately 35 to 45 minutes from downtown Atlanta, the venue is known for its deep forest trails and red-clay mud. This location is characterized by its gritty terrain and is a frequent site for these obstacle-course events.
Supported distances for the event include:
- 15K: This course includes more than 20 obstacles.
- 5K: This course includes more than 12 obstacles.
The course features several specific obstacles designed to test physical and mental stamina. Augustus Gloop requires participants to climb up an enclosed tube while being sprayed with water from a fire hose. Mudderhorn is a 40-foot tall net structure that participants must climb up and over. The Electric Eel obstacle involves crawling through a shallow pool of water underneath a field of electrical wires.
Participants who complete the course receive a finisher medal from the 2026 Hex System, a finisher T-shirt, and a signature orange headband. A finisher drink, such as a beer or seltzer, is also provided at the conclusion of the event. The venue includes a Mudder Village Festival with spectator routes, live entertainment, and local food vendors. Parking and bag drop services are available on-site.
